Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your booking experience. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we have the following policy in place:

1. Free Cancellation (Up to 72 Hours Before Session)

You can cancel your booking for no charge up until 72 hours before the scheduled session. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

2. 50% Refund (Up to 24 Hours Before Session)

If you cancel your booking between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

3. No Refund (Less Than 24 Hours Before Session)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made within this period.

4. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your session, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the timing.
